Some Food for Thought (Restaurant Etiquette)

Share

Restaurant Etiquette

Once again it seems that the label restaurant is a thing of the past. In recent decades many people have been looking for ways to get a good meal served to them when they are away from home.

A good number of the label nice restaurant, while sitting down to eat at any restaurant.

The biggest changes in human behavior is that of all new restaurants open. This is normal in the pattern of thinking that helped the restaurant to be his guest.

Restaurant Etiquette - some food for thought

For a dinner to enjoy the whole dining experience, including restaurant staff, there must be mutual respect. Lama said that "the customer is always right" has been recognized as an undeniable right for the customer.

This does not mean the employer can get away with outrageous behavior. And this does not mean you have to tip 15% if not satisfied with the service.

Having a good attitude is a great job. Have good communication skills can make a difference in the world. This is much more likely that you will get better service if you can communicate clearly and concisely.

If you are not satisfied with their service, are encouraged to voice your complaint politely. Be treated with respect is the only way to go. People like to help others who are treated with respect.

Repeat customers are the lifeline of many neighborhood restaurants.

Many people come to restaurants looking for specific experiences and not assume because the last group of people want loud music and drinks, the next group that wants the same thing.

Having a server that constantly come to the table can ruin a night's dinner was as easy as getting a bad service.

If you ever doubt what to wear to dinner, always a good idea to call ahead in advance. Several of a person can be jeans and long sleeve shirt, in others it could mean a pair of casual pants and jackets.

Food for Thought

Do you have difficulty concentrating on tasks? Need to write this report so important? You feel sad or bad mood often?

Catherine Saxelby has healthy eating tips to the brain more.

  • brain power
  • 6 ways to feed your brain

1. Make breakfast a daily habit
2. Brain glucose fuel
3. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids
4. Water and Hydration
5. Theanine tea
6. Iron to transport oxygen

As a nation, we are living longer, but how we can maintain our brain function and in the twilight years, they cling to the memory, increase alertness and concentration, and enhance our mood.

Before you throw money away from the promises of extra sure, stop and see what you eat. You'll be surprised how it feels and thinks when he gives your brain, eyes and nervous because they need to function best.

Brain Power

A strong body, our brain is responsible for the coordination of almost all our body processes. And while it represents only 2 percent of our body weight, it requires about 25 percent of kilojoules (calories) we consume continue.

6 ways to feed your brain

1. Make breakfast a daily habit
The brain must have a regular supply of fuel to function properly. After 8 to 10 hours of sleep, your brain is screaming to be fed. Failure to listen to this call and we will pay the price - nutritional researchers have found eating breakfast to concentrate better and more efficient in the workplace who skip breakfast.

For children, there is no doubt that breakfast is a necessity. Children who skip breakfast less alert during daylight hours and have difficulty concentrating on tasks requiring memory and prolonged mental effort. Teachers are often difficult for a math class in the morning program for children should eat something before class. factory workers who skip breakfast has even been found to be more vulnerable to accidents and have a lower production output compared with those who have something to eat in the morning.

Therefore, make a habit has a quick bowl of cereal grain with low-fat milk in the morning or toast with peanut butter or cheese. If you have to run to the door, wrap sandwiches the night before to eat on the train or bus. If children can not cope with the food in the morning, a glass of milk or milk with MILO ® or ACT-Vite is better than none.

2. Brain glucose fuel
While most of the body can use many different fuels, the brain relies on glucose only. But unlike the muscles, the brain can not keep their own glucose which depends on continuous supply of blood circulation.
Depriving the brain of glucose and will be hard to concentrate, feeling tired, irritable and even light headed. Diet in the diet without carbohydrates (such as Atkins) can be familiar with these symptoms and should be regarded as a sign of a balanced diet.

carbohydrate food quality brains and what needed to be the best option is to grains and low GI type (pasta, bread wheat, fruits and temperate vegetables.) This ensures a constant supply of glucose in the blood to feed your brain.

3. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids
Brain high-fat with fat is the dominant long-chain omega-3 called docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). This study further supports the omega-3 fatty acids in maintaining good brain function - especially in preventing Alzheimer's disease and depression.

Omega-3 fats are important - we can do ourselves to what to get for what we eat. The best source of omega-3 is fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, blue-eyed trevalla, sardines and tuna (check the label - only some brands of tuna rich in omega-3). Try to eat two or three meals of fish a week, including canned, frozen and fresh. If you can not or do not eat fish, fish oil capsule every two days is a good idea.

4. Water and Hydration
The brain should be well hydrated to perform your best. Nutritionists recommend drinking about 8 glasses of fluid a day, more if the weather is wet or has been sweating. Fluid intake should be 100 per cent water, but drinking water is ideal because it is cheap and free kilojoules. Other fluids such as weak tea, tea, broth, diluted juice and sugar-free drinks are also taken into account in 8 cups.

5. Theanine tea
If you are looking for a hit of caffeine to pick you up, skip the coffee and energy drinks - is a tea that has the advantage over other drinks increase concentration and fatigue.

Tea has been valued for its ability to both relax and refresh. Now scientists have discovered that contain a natural compound called theanine unique that can help you through complex tasks, such as changes in attention and to ignore distractions (the things that we all have to do today with multitasking.)

Research shows that tea is a combination of theanine with low levels of caffeine which is the key - theanine appears to work with caffeine to enhance their positive impact on the speed and accuracy, mental fatigue and exhaustion. And that does not interfere with sleep at night like that caffeine is not pure.

You do not need to drink a lot - 2 to 3 cups a day (regular or green tea) is all you need.

6. Iron to transport oxygen

Along with glucose, the brain consumes too much oxygen the body. Iron is an essential mineral that is responsible for transporting oxygen throughout the body, so that when the short supply, the oxygen level in the fall of the brain. Women and girls are vulnerable to iron deficiency.

Keeping the hardware store topped with red meat 3 or 4 times a week. Another option if you do not eat meat for breakfast cereals are fortified with iron and dark green leafy vegetables like spinach or Chinese cabbage. Combined with foods rich in vitamin C such as orange juice, chili and tomatoes to enhance the absorption of iron from meat sources.

Some Food for Thought (for Magician)

Share

This anecdote may be true for you or not. They rely on their thinking and the correct answer here. Remember, this may be true in the minds of customers.

There is only one that - to use a unique style

If you have money, you honey .... if damaged, you're a joke.

Sell - I mean, heart to heart, mind to mind, understanding, and understanding the reasons for better customer acceptance. (That is, your heart is the heart, etc.).

One vendor said: "Lord, I am it," but says Mac: "Good morning, Lord" Therefore, it is about mood. Decision-making will be as positive as you can when talking with customers.

If you can not "do it together" and should talk with customers - be honest and say the possibility that - will try to help you, give you a similar situation near the later and try their service. A win - win at all.

ECP - can win customers through: Enthusiasm, control and knowledge products

If your dream is the same as "the current situation in life has been turned into stagnation?

A client will always go with a Pro - more than semi - PRO

Without C in the nearest words to be?

C means a lot, trust, control, customer needs, compassion and courage and close - as in closing sales. Remember, when you close the sale, making the final.

When some people hear "close" words or to think in old-time land of 'Closer' sales guy who uses the technique of "close to the buyers' Our system for the closure. No. magic When we ask customers to try our service, pleasant service and there is no "need" to "close in" to the buyer. Magic is a service people want to buy. They want to buy fun, freedom, adventure, etc. So do not think the word "closer" as a manipulator.

One of our famous magic friend said this: "We, as a witch is a liar That said, we are liars unethical since we started our actions say: I am a magician and told the audience, magician lying to us. For entertainment. So, we liar honest in a sense, because we tell them in advance that we would lie to you and you would expect from us "now., does that mean that we are a liar? Not at all - it just makes the point, people are allowed to not believe us when we're on stage, because we are the witches. Knowing that, I'm sure you can see a reason to be honest, ethical and non-manipulative "sell" or "talk about" our services.

Food for Thought - Questions of a Teenager

What goes through the mind of the 17-year-old teenagers these days probably is not the difference as we've been through during the years of our puberty. Popularity, looks, and engage with the opposite sex are probably those at the top of the mind for them. Scholastic sports achievements and thus may be there in the next step. And while they are determined to be independent and reason, you may argue with you on this issue, their actions can not be oriented to the situation. But here are some other things you can think that may be insightful, if not fun for your own food for thought. Somehow takes you back to when you were a teenager again:

- "Where I can find cheaper insurance for my car?" Even if the car is a hand me down dilapidated 1972 Ford Pinto, your child will be treated like a demigod. Find a cheap insurance for young drivers is no easy task as they are the riskiest drivers based on studies of performance. However you can help out by silently update their basic collision insurance for something better.

- "What the university and of course I go?" This question is something that all parents like to hear their children say, because it shows that they are indeed interested in going to higher education. These days, getting a college education can be expensive, especially if it is an out of state and a private university. Going to a state university is not cheap too. If your children are clever, they would be the universities that offer scholarships good, whether academic or athletic, or subsidies. Ask for help for you in the application for a loan from the university. Be there for them and help as I can. It is another phase of life that is experienced especially if your child goes to college out of state, so enjoy the ride while you still can.

- "What I can do to help my country / people?" Perhaps this question a father more proud of his son. Volunteer work or serve in the army are great options for their children and despite some criticism of the military today in his current role, serving for their country deserve the highest praise from anyone. And for the father, but also to be commended for their sacrifice as well.

These questions are answered to go through their lives. Often these issues or questions remain the same as those we face today as the search for cheap insurance, success and how to serve the country better is a process.
