Food for Thought - Questions of a Teenager

What goes through the mind of the 17-year-old teenagers these days probably is not the difference as we've been through during the years of our puberty. Popularity, looks, and engage with the opposite sex are probably those at the top of the mind for them. Scholastic sports achievements and thus may be there in the next step. And while they are determined to be independent and reason, you may argue with you on this issue, their actions can not be oriented to the situation. But here are some other things you can think that may be insightful, if not fun for your own food for thought. Somehow takes you back to when you were a teenager again:

- "Where I can find cheaper insurance for my car?" Even if the car is a hand me down dilapidated 1972 Ford Pinto, your child will be treated like a demigod. Find a cheap insurance for young drivers is no easy task as they are the riskiest drivers based on studies of performance. However you can help out by silently update their basic collision insurance for something better.

- "What the university and of course I go?" This question is something that all parents like to hear their children say, because it shows that they are indeed interested in going to higher education. These days, getting a college education can be expensive, especially if it is an out of state and a private university. Going to a state university is not cheap too. If your children are clever, they would be the universities that offer scholarships good, whether academic or athletic, or subsidies. Ask for help for you in the application for a loan from the university. Be there for them and help as I can. It is another phase of life that is experienced especially if your child goes to college out of state, so enjoy the ride while you still can.

- "What I can do to help my country / people?" Perhaps this question a father more proud of his son. Volunteer work or serve in the army are great options for their children and despite some criticism of the military today in his current role, serving for their country deserve the highest praise from anyone. And for the father, but also to be commended for their sacrifice as well.

These questions are answered to go through their lives. Often these issues or questions remain the same as those we face today as the search for cheap insurance, success and how to serve the country better is a process.
