For a dinner to enjoy the whole dining experience, including restaurant staff, there must be mutual respect. Lama said that "the customer is always right" has been recognized as an undeniable right for the customer.

This does not mean the employer can get away with outrageous behavior. And this does not mean you have to tip 15% if not satisfied with the service.

Having a good attitude is a great job. Have good communication skills can make a difference in the world. This is much more likely that you will get better service if you can communicate clearly and concisely.

If you are not satisfied with their service, are encouraged to voice your complaint politely. Be treated with respect is the only way to go. People like to help others who are treated with respect.

Repeat customers are the lifeline of many neighborhood restaurants.

Many people come to restaurants looking for specific experiences and not assume because the last group of people want loud music and drinks, the next group that wants the same thing.
