Fresh Sweet, Chocolate Mango Cake
Jakarta - Mangga plus chocolate? This one is guaranteed to make you addicted. Moreover, there are legit inserts a fragrant layers. Piece? It's certainly not enough!
Material:
1 Recipe Flourless Chocolate Sponge
Mango Mousse:
300 g of mango puree
120 g sugar
10 ml lemon juice
500 g whipped cream
20 g gelatin powder, dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
Complement:
Fruit Mango, diced
Lapis Legit, ready to use
Mango Jelly, ready to use
How to make:
Prepare cake according to recipe.
Mango Mousse: Combine the mango puree, sugar and lemon juice until blended.
Add whipped cream and gelatin melts, mix well.
Prepare a ring pan, Cover with aluminum foil.
Put a piece of cake at the bottom of the pan.
Lapis legit Iris 3 cm wide. Arrange around cake until smooth and neat.
Pour the mousse mixture, smooth.
Store in refrigerator several hours until hardened and frozen.
Spread surface with mango jelly until blended.
Garnish with mango slices and other decorations, if desired.
Serve.
For 2 cakes 18 cm diameter
