Rice Not Good for Diet? Are You Sure?

There are people who say that rice is not good for the diet. The reason is simple: lots of rice contains carbohydrates and glucose. There is also a saying, better to just eat rice, because the fatty meat. Which is right?
In fact, both opinions are not wrong. How?

Rice is high in carbohydrates and glucose. To note, glucose in the most evil of rice (at most) compared to other carbohydrate sources, such as potatoes, bread, and corn.

Let not easy fat, do not simply eat rice. Sometimes replaced with potatoes or bread.

Once eaten, you need enough carbohydrates met by 1 / 4 servings of rice. If you're still eating a "portion of one", try to eat a portion of the message and then divided by two and a half. You still get full energy from the rice, and not much excess energy that eventually will be converted into fat.

Meat does contain fat, but the body can not absorb fat away. Meat contains animal protein along with carbohydrates, the body will be used to convert glucose into stored fat under your skin ... fat deh!

To maintain the slim body, you do not have to avoid the intake of meat, but simply regulate your diet. For example, eating breakfast with rice 1 / 4 vegetables, lunch meats and vegetables (without rice).

Avoid drinking too anything other than plain water after a meal, and do not drink cold. If you're dying for a cold drink cold, give the distance 2 hours after eating.

Not hard, right? Hopefully your diet success!
