But if peratama times Amboja visit as we did should be extra careful. The problem lies tucked away restaurant that is often overlooked.

There is only one large banner to be the only clue being Amboja. After turning a few yards before looking beings Amboja, which is a simple construction of a two-story bamboo. While standing around them small huts with green landscape as far as the eye could see.

Arrival we were greeted kindly by one of his uniformed servants batik. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open yet because the clock is not yet 11 o'clock in the morning. He also suggested that we look first herbal plantation. Well, for those curious about the opportunity we do not waste it, use our car started to get around.

It is interesting, but there are various fields surrounding plants such as red chilli, purwaceng, rosella, black, lavender, ginger, Intersection ireng, dragon fruit, etc.. From here we are so familiar with a variety of plants we've never seen before. So not only can eat well this restaurant is said to be the media to provide knowledge about herbs Indonesia. Well, interesting is not it?

On returning to the main building, perfect for lunch time has arrived. There are two options offered seats in the lower part of the usual chairs and floor in the form lesehan two. We were soon up to the second floor and we were not wrong choices.

The windows are low allowed us to continue to enjoy the green plants from a height and occasionally blown cold. Moreover, special seats provided of woven rattan. Thanks to those seats we can sit cross-legged, leaning back to relax in comfort.

All menus are menus offered Indonesia. Starting from the standard form of fried rice, various preparations of chicken, fish, mushrooms, soup, vegetables, etc.. The unique number of food-making materials was taken from the plantation had been so completely fresh.

Our choice fell on the Spicy Chicken Spice according to the waiter is one mainstay Amboja. Then a portion of Nila Cook Balong and Mushroom Tlogo Nirmolo. Unfortunately our chance to sample organic black rice can not be done, because rice is only available at certain times. As the release thirst kencur ice and sherbet rice could be an option to keep warm.

While waiting for back orders the waiter brought a welcome drink rosella tea is healthy. In addition there is also a snack in the form of opaque elongated shape placed in the container. Cold air is always hungry, so we immediately rushed these crispy crackers.

Soon one by one dish appeared. Spices Spicy Chicken consists of diced meat and wrapped in thin flour and fry until dry. Given the abundance of toppings on top of slices of spices such as lemongrass, red onion, chili ijo, lime leaves, and tomatoes.

Running a little lime juice makes a sour taste sensation, spicy, and Kriuk chicken mixed together. We bribed with organic white rice is fragrant and pulen hmm ... creates the sensation of the tongue wagged tasty! To reduce shock spicy chili, sip iced tamarind rice fresh kencur which was a relief.

Occasionally I also enjoy it with a mushroom Tlogo berkuah Nirmolo brown. This oyster mushrooms, sliced diris with mixed vegetables and carrots and ginseng. So no wonder that give a warm effect after eating it.

We almost forgot the tilapia fish that is served medium-sized intact. In addition to the yellow spice green chilli slices'm giving the bright colors make this dish look tempting. Fragrant spices turmeric and ginger was felt when touching the tongue. This fresh chewy flesh has been sliced and cut into small pieces making it easier now to enjoy it.

For two hours we were fascinated by the natural ingredients Amboja landscapes and soothing eye. When the meal was finished we were still lingering at home sipping Sherbet is made from herbs and nutritious warm. Now, interested to enjoy the natural flavor a la Amboja?
